Exciting news--the dates are set for Maggie Siner's workshop in Provence this summer! We will be painting in Provence from July 8 to July 15, 2017. You can check out the details here.
Our location in the Luberon area provides many inspiring painting motifs, ranging from perched villages to sweeping wheat fields and vineyards. And of course, Maggie is an incomparable teacher. Maggie used to live in this area of France, and she knows all of the
best spots to paint. She has searched out the best painting locations to impart the lessons she will share with us--simplifying the near and far of the landscape, understanding the color of light, and fine tuning color relationships.
The workshop is an intensive week of study. Daylight hours are long at this time of the year, and we take full advantage of them to paint outdoors in the landscape. It's a marvelous learning experience, in a gorgeous location. I know that I am using a lot of superlatives, but they are well warranted!
I am serving as Maggie's Trip Coordinator again this year, and would be happy to answer any questions. Looking forward to another fantastic workshop!
